Great location and very nice accommodation.
The house is big and well organised. The living space is on separated floor respect to the bedrooms, which is very practical.
3 separated toilets (and 2 bathrooms) are also a very appreciated positive point when dealing with many kids.
The mountain view from the balcony is beautiful and balcony itself is quite big.
The position of the house is in a very quiet street but not far from the shops and restaurants.
Only the garden, which is quite small, is not very usable.

The apartment was in a good shape and clean (incl. the bathroom), good amenities, a comfortable bed. The communication with the Cocooner staff was smooth, we quickly received help when needed. We also think the location is good (it can be a bit noisy at night time, but that's almost unavoidable in Intra Muros).

Excellent service from the agency after booking, pre-arrival and during the stay. The property was exactly as shown and of a high quality.

We had a good experience. The Appartement is close to everything you need and the little garden is a good place to calm down.

This is a very nice house but there are some things to complain about.
The House wasn‘t very clean and particularly the floors were very dirty.
WLAN Code didn’t work directly.
Swimming Pool Specialist should come at the day we arrived but he didn‘t come during the whole stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, an amazing house with a large terrace for family meals and a lovely garden to enjoy the sun and the pool. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful social spaces. Walking distance to the town and to the beach. Lots to do and explore in the region.

Great villa with amazing views - we were guests in this villa for 2 weeks and everything, from checkin, the villa's features, pool, cleanliness, to checkout exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this villa to our friends and might come back next year.

A lovely accommodation I would definitely recommend! The house is modern, clean, spacious and nicely decorated and the outdoor area is a true dream. In 36 degrees celsius we did miss airconditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, but during the day the (perfectly heated) swimming pool was very refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this piece of paradise and would love to go back!

A large traditional granite Breton farmhouse with quirky and interesting maritime theme decor. Good for 2 families with children. Good heated pool with useful automatic cover and robo cleaner. Lounge and kitchen substantial and well laid out. Outside furniture poor with no cushions. We had 33+ temps - decking surround and metal tables/ seats burning hot. Decking wooden and the little ones all got splinters. Main parasol broken and smaller one of limited use so no shade and difficult to eat and relax outside. No aircon so unbearable at night and no fans provided. Some windows have no blind/ shutters so impossible to keep midday heat at bay. With climate change this house will be unusable as it is in the hot months - a shame as it’s in a great location and very spacious. Would not use again.

A beautiful, peaceful setting and a cosily furnished house. The ideal combination for a perfect holiday.

The place is PERFECT! It is located next to Fango - river an in a few steps you have your own natural swimming pool. Absolutly great ti swim an relax. If its to hot you can stay on the big terasse, where there is always a place in the shaddow.
The house is onky for you, therfore you con enjoy the calm of the wonderful nature around you.

Apartment I had booked for five nights in Nantes was exactly as described. Good communication in advance and smooth check-in. Happy I booked direct rather than through another platform. Will happily book through them again.

First of all: We had a wonderful stay in Schiltigheim. The house is really lovely, well-equipped, mostly clean and in a prime location if you want to visit Strasbourg easily and hassle-free. Check-in was easy via a ‘key box’ with a code (we had no contact with the landlady during the whole week.)
There are a few little things you should be aware of if you’re renting the house: parking isn’t allowed in front of the house. The neighbours are very strict about this. There are paid parking spaces on the street and throughout the town Schiltigheim (you have to pay between 9.00–12.00 and 14.00–18.00, €1.50 for the first and second hours, €5 for three hours, with a maximum of four hours possible at €10). This means the town effectively forces you to move your car every day... A great option is the nearby Rives de l’Aar car park, where you pay €4.20 for a day ticket, which also includes a day pass for up to 7 people on public transport. However, parking for several days is disproportionately expensive, so we actually drove the car back and forth every day. Second important point: right next to the house is a pub with an open air beer garden, which is open every day/night (except Mondays) until 1.30 am. The noise from there carries straight into the house (especially with the windows open, which was necessary given the temperatures of around 30 degrees). We slept well despite this, but anyone who’s sensitive to noise should bring earplugs.
One more thing for the landlady: please check all the appliances. The dishwasher and the coffee machine urgently need descaling. There was a piece of cloth in the vacuum cleaner’s hose, which meant it was blocked and couldn’t be used until we found the "problem"... The shower at the bottom bathroom drained very slowly. Overall, however, we were very happy with the facilities. We mostly ate at the nearby restaurants anyway :-) All in all, a really great stay!

Lovely accommodation at a great price. Good location. Nice little balcony to be able to sit outside. Lots of space and very clean.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this apartment. Everything was very clean, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, microwave, cookware, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and even games for children. The apartment has three rooms and two bathrooms: one is attached to a bedroom with its own shower and toilet, and the second bathroom, with a bathtub and toilet, is accessible from the hallway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, she replaced it with a new one on the very same day. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

The house is located in a beautiful area with a varied coastline , only 5-10min walk from the sea and the GR34 trail and the lovely Le Chenal restaurant and the nice O' Porsmeur Irish pub . There are also some nice and tidy small beaches and little harbours within walking distance .
The house itself has everything you need (incl. dishwasher , washing machine and good wlan) for up to 4 people and a nice (still not completely closed) garden and parking space . Despite the proximity to the road, it wasn't too noisy and despite to the heat outside not too warm inside .
I would particularly like to highlight the incredibly nice owner Bénédicte and thank her for all of her kindness , empathy and for the chance to visit the Gite with 2 dogs .
In the last years we visited most of Brittany , but this is one of the best adresses and spots with the best host - and I´m sure to return one day .
Highly recommended !!
