I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with 4Pillars Consulting, especially my advisor Abdul Kavi.

Starting the consumer proposal process was not an easy decision for me. Dealing with debt can be extremely stressful, overwhelming, and honestly embarrassing at times. I had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into it, but Abdul completely changed that experience for me.

From our very first conversation, Abdul was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding. He never made me feel judged or uncomfortable about my financial situation. Instead, he took the time to listen, explain my options clearly, and walk me through the process step by step.

What I appreciated most was that Abdul was always willing to answer my questions, even when I probably asked the same things more than once. 😅 He made sure I understood what was happening and why, rather than simply telling me what to do. His communication and follow-up gave me a level of confidence and peace of mind that I really needed during this time.

Abdul Kazi was a book of knowledge clear and concise with his knowledge. Informing me on the issues and benefits and downfalls on different options to handle my current debt situation. In the end I was able to make the right decision for my circumstance and feel good about it. Thank you!

I began my application with Kassidy in mid‑February. At first, communication was smooth and responsive. However, once she collected all of my documents, I was no longer able to reach her through any channel—email, phone calls, or scheduled appointments. She did not respond to my final email in late June informing her that I no longer wished to proceed. From April until the end of June, I received no follow‑up or acknowledgment.

Kristen made this process an absolute breeze! I am so thankful to get my life back and I couldn’t have done it without her. She is more than qualified to get the job done, and makes the dream of being debt free a reality. Thank you Kristen for all your efforts!
