The prints arrived safely and undamaged. Quality is excellent! Maybe provide instruction booklet in english for easy reference as I have not yet learnt German. Otherwise, everything is awesome 👍🏽

This is the second time I’m buying this…

This is the second time I’m buying this product first time I bought it for 2021 BMW s1000rr and it was perfect. Recently I bought for my 2024 BMW s1000 RR product came in damaged I believe by shipping company. I contact 4moto and they got me replacement with a new item without any issues. Very pleased with the product.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience.

Before completing my order, I clearly sent an email specifying exactly how I wanted the sticker: number “1” on the front and a signature. I never received any response to confirm or clarify my request. Despite that, the order was shipped incorrectly, not following the instructions I had provided.

After that, I contacted you again multiple times. I was told you were busy but that you would take care of it. However, it has now been several days without any reply or resolution.

This shows a lack of communication and attention to customer requests. I expected at least a confirmation before shipping, or a proper response afterward to fix the issue.

I would like a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Normally, I always confirm individual custom requests in advance. In such cases, a proof/mockup is usually created and sent first, so it can be confirmed that the requested changes are possible, can be implemented correctly, and that any possible additional costs are communicated transparently beforehand.

However, since the order had already been completed directly through the webshop, it was initially shipped as originally ordered.

Afterwards, I already informed you that I would still send the requested change separately. Unfortunately, due to the reasons I already explained to you via email, I have not yet been able to do so. I sincerely and honestly apologize for that — it was never meant in a bad way and your request was not intentionally ignored.

I truly try my best to handle every request and every special customization as carefully as possible, even if sometimes, due to high workload or personal circumstances, things may take a little longer. I am very sorry that this situation caused a negative impression for you.
