Stop sending all that email to people who already bought your products, this spam makes me not want to order again.

My parcel got lost
My parcel got lost. 24Pharma's customer service reacted to my inquiry once stating that they will contact PostNL but it has been over 3 weeks now with no news from them. I have contacted them twice again and they just do not reply or react to my questions wether there has been any update and when they could refund me.

I had a bad experience, ordered an inhaler and paid 7.5 for shipping, but in reality it looked different. I am trying to return but now I need to bear the return costs also and return procedure is also not clear.. what a ripoff

I was not aware that my order has…
I was not aware that my order has arrived and after one week it was sent back. I had to cancel this order, 24pharma charged me for delivery (which is 20% of full price) Never order again

I made the purchase with you
I made the purchase with you, I believe you are a correct company. Unfortunately I had problems with the company that makes the delivery, on the day they were going to deliver I was not at home. The website says it was delivered but we didn't receive it. I contacted you guys and asked me to check with the neighbors but so far I have not had success and no return of my product. Unfortunately it was a lost purchase.
