I chose 1komma5 over several well-known competitors, and the decision was based on quality at every level, and they delivered on all fronts.
The product and hardware quality speak for themselves. The sales team was knowledgeable and the initial consultation was clear and thorough. But what really stood out was the installation team. They were genuinely professional, not the kind of crew that just gets the job done and disappears. They worked carefully, paid attention to detail, and only left once everything was properly handed over and I was satisfied with the result.

Thank you for sending your team for installation today. A few points regarding the installation as I am very disappointed by your service.

1. The installation team came around 1130 am, hence wasting a lot of time.

2. They did put in quite some effort in installation but installation finally failed as 1komma5 has provided them a faulty main breaker and a main switch for connecting solar cells was missing. Someone at 1komma5 told them that they are sending a person with required hardware but that person never arrived and installation team went away at 1800.

3. The battery is not as per the contract. As per contract it should be 1komma5 version 2 battery with Li Ferrite. The battery supplied seems to be old generation Li Ion. So totally unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed by your service level so far and want you to rectify all the issues as soon as possible.

Hi, It has been around 2 weeks, I have not heard from you. I have also called your company multiple times in the last two weeks. Except for one time , no one picked up the phone. The guy who picked up the phone told me that you will call back, but it never happened. Hence, you have failed to deliver the agreed services. 
You have one week (till 30th Jan) to resolve all the issues, or I'm going to take legal action against you through ACM & court. Hope this is clear to you.

Ik heb uw bedrijf de afgelopen twee weken ook meerdere keren gebeld. Op één keer na nam niemand de telefoon op. De persoon die de telefoon opnam, zei dat u zou terugbellen, maar dat is nooit gebeurd. U bent dus niet in staat gebleken de overeengekomen diensten te leveren.

U heeft één week (tot 30 januari) om alle problemen op te lossen, anders onderneem ik juridische stappen tegen u via de ACM en de rechtbank. Ik hoop dat dit duidelijk is.

One of the worst execution I have experienced. First time punctured my roof and I had to experience leakage in the house. They came again to fix the battery and this time punctured a water pipe from the boiler. They fixed the pipe but the water still leaked. Customer service is slow and it takes forever to get an answer from them.

Installation and technicians were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly.

I got solar panels installed from Marvin and Nadir.
The work was done professional and all was properly checked if functioning properly.
There were some issues in the exisitng electrical system which they found and managed to resolve so everything functions properly.
All was explained and they even showed how to use the app for monitoring the panels.
I was really happy how the whole install proccess went.
