The customer service assistant was super easy to communicate and very understanding. He was so kind and patient. What difference it makes.for someone who is under a lot of financial stress. I don't mind talking to him again in the future. I also need to mention about another customer service agent who I spoke to few weeks back Miss Tina...she was also great
