Tradecert has been a revelation!
For years our company and personnel have fell victim to sub standard, complicated and ‘clunky’ test certificate softwares. Tradecert is the best thing to happen in our company in years. It has drastically reduced the time and stress of filling out testing reports and we couldnt be more grateful of this service. A huge issue which had held us back is the perceived fear of moving 100’s of distribution board information over to a new platform, with the Ai ability you can do it in minutes and it’s took a couple of days to move everything over. The customer service team are top class and you can get into touch with a member of the team over WhatsApp or the phone immediately if you have questions or require technical support. You need AI tokens to use the AI functions but they are very liberal with distributing them out of you need them, I expected this to be another form of getting money out of you but this just hasn’t been the case.
Overall, I couldn’t rate this service higher and I recommend it to any electrician, whether you work in domestic or industrial.
