Good in general but cannot be trust for technical issues
Yallo offers good value for money for both mobile and home internet services. The pricing is competitive, and for basic use, the service works well. However, there are several important limitations that potential customers—especially more technical users—should be aware of.
1. Home internet is IPv6-only, which can create compatibility issues for certain applications, self-hosted services, and advanced network configurations.
2. The router provides virtually no access to advanced network settings. Features such as port filtering and other security-related options are unavailable, and customer service informed me that the web interface does not actually expose these capabilities.
3. Technical support has been extremely disappointing. If your issue requires escalation beyond first-line customer service, don't expect a timely resolution. Despite four phone calls and three support tickets, I never received the callback I was repeatedly promised.
If you only need a basic internet connection at a low price, Yallo may be a good choice. However, if you require advanced networking features or expect responsive technical support when problems arise, you may want to consider another provider.
