driver was 2+ hours late and only advised 20 mins prior to agreed meeting time. we had to pre pay for the transfer which was expensive. we understand that traffic is traffic and unpredictable however being informed 20 mins prior to the departure time we booked, that the driver was 2 hours late was not professional.
