Terrible experience
I took the service Limerick-Dublin city centre (departure 12.15). No aircon (during heatwave), smelled of urine (many passengers have pointed this out, are no steps being made to resolve?), floor under seat was sticky as when liquids spill and are not cleaned. Will not be reusing.

Hi Ruth sorry you had this experience as all buses undergo cleaning in Ennis and Dublin so we also need to know which bus to check the aircon as we have also done our best to ensure no problems. If you could email the details of the location in limerick and if it was today we can identify the bus. I appreciate you posting a review but we want to be able to fix a problem as soon as it happens and appreciate you won’t be using the service again but we would still like to make sure the problem is fixed thank you.
