They refuse to bring heavy goods upstairs
I ordered a few items and the service in the last couple of years was always very good. However I just ordered a piano and they refused it to bring it upstairs and left it on the curb. There is no option to pay more and get it delivered to your flat. There is a message buried in the small print but that is just to avoid litigation, it doesn't help in the least. Disappointing and utterly ridiculous.

For larger items such as pianos, orders are shipped by land and deliveries are curbside. When an order requiring this service is placed, we send an email explaining exactly how the delivery will be handled, so customers know what to expect before dispatch and can make an informed decision.
We're sorry that this wasn't the experience you were hoping for, and we understand that receiving such a large item at the curb can be frustrating.
