They are the worst when it comes to warranty. I got an ironing machine (Panasonic) and 1st use the plug melted in the socket. The customer care team response is the plug is not covered in the warranty. Then they went on to say we dont know how did u plug it or unplug it maybe you broke it while doing so!! Unless i developed a super power, i done know how is that possible. After a long and frustrating discussion, they said we couldve return it but because the box is not with you we cant as it is not considered our stick unless it have a box. Then they circled back to the plug is not covered only the plate or iron pat is. And thats after giving me the receipt of return and waiting for a week. Carrefour doha city center
