You Just Proved My Review Was Correct
Thank you for proving the main point of my review.
In my original review, I specifically warned readers that SpinAura would most likely respond with a generic request to contact support rather than answer the actual questions raised.
That is exactly what has happened.
You claim that additional information is required, yet you have already been provided with my account details, numerous emails, formal complaints, transaction records, and repeated requests for clarification over an extended period of time.
Furthermore, you recently confirmed by email that you had already reviewed my case, identified seven alleged chargebacks, calculated the exact amounts involved, and applied restrictions based on your Anti-Fraud Policy.
Therefore, it is difficult to understand how SpinAura can simultaneously claim to have fully reviewed the matter while also suggesting that it still requires further information to understand the issue.
The problem has never been a lack of information.
The problem is that SpinAura continues to avoid answering the actual questions:
• Who were the third-party merchants that processed the deposits?
• What is their relationship with SpinAura?
• Why did those companies appear on customers' bank statements instead of SpinAura?
• Why were consumers not clearly informed of their involvement?
• How were customers expected to identify those charges as gambling deposits?
• What evidence justifies the confiscation of €5,393.90 from my account?
Instead of answering any of these questions, SpinAura has once again responded with a generic statement about security, compliance, account reviews, and customer protection.
Readers can draw their own conclusions.
A company genuinely committed to transparency would answer the questions being asked.
Months later, these questions remain unanswered.
I stand by every word of my review and I encourage all affected players to carefully examine their bank statements, identify the merchants used to process their payments, preserve their records, and seek independent advice if transaction descriptions do not clearly correspond to the operator they believed they were paying.
The issue is not that SpinAura reviewed my account.
The issue is that SpinAura continues to avoid explaining how these payments were processed and why player funds were confiscated while those questions remain unanswered.
Nothing in your response addresses that.
