Just a big con and totally waste of…

Just a big con and totally waste of money!!!
Not at many many airports.
Horrendous queues..30 mins wait many times.
Food and drink offerings are declining and poor.
Dirty lounges.
Poor service at Reception.
Do not join!!

Do not bank or use Macquarie.
The worst bank ive used in 40 years.
I have been trying to reach a "person", not a bot to close a property settlement. I have been given no help whatsoever..just bots,chatbots,one upon another case references.
I will be taking this go the Banking Ombudsman
Just an utter disgrace!!!

Unimpressive.Charged a " speedy…

Unimpressive.Charged a " speedy boarding fee". Boarding was so disorganised and slow we missed the Flights deparure slot and waited another hour and a half sitting on the tarmac.
Then they lied about the reason.
Use Others!!!!!

So disappointed.

So disappointed.
Trying to set up Settlement for a property purchase with MY funds.
They could not have been less accomodating- unclear automated and unhelpful

Terrible Macq Bank

Terrible Service.
Just kept on hold,,old bank style.
When I got thru they could not have been less helpful!
Sadly theyve become like the old banks.
Try others!!!!!!!
