After 7 months of having the car registered in my name and the financing in my ex-partner’s name believing everything was in order since I handled everything through the dealership it turns out, only after I contacted them myself, that they are going to take the car back unless I transfer it into my ex’s name, the same person I have to go to court with in May. They should be ashamed!
