Excellent customer service. Item I wanted was £10 cheaper elsewhere so magic vaporisers gave me a price match code which worked first time with no hassle. The glass aromatherapy bowl was broken on arrival. One email and they sent a replacement bowl out the next day. It was very well packaged and in perfect condition. Highly recommend trustworthy company. Thank you
