If they could get a minus that is what I would give them. Dreadful delays trying to communicate by phone or chat, poor to no email response,get transfered from one incompetent team member to another with long waits, different team member gives untruthful information each time. Worst is they can hang onto your money transfers and not give it to you whilst not taking any notice to your email responses regarding a transfer. I have closed my account and am still waiting for my money. Thankfully I have a better bank as my main bank. I dont recommend this Bank to anyone . For 1 week they have kept me wondering what they are up to with my money ..they withheld ...
