Give them a valid phone number to please them
Cancelled my order because I'm apparently a scammer who has no valid phone number and paid with a stolen card (What kind of scammer doesn't have a valid phone number and uses a stolen card which can obviously be traced back to the scammer...? 😜) and refused to refund the agreed amount which hasn't seen a charge back...yet....I'm sure if it was paid with a stolen card, it would have had a charge back two days after you guys got your $425. Surprise it hasn't been forcefully pulled back? Still think I'm using a stolen card? Blah, why am I even bothering writing up a negative 1 star review....it'll probably get deleted by you guys as soon as you see it or trust pilot because the review isn't a 5 star positive bias review.... 😔 ভ⤙ ভ

This order was flagged as suspicious and the phone number provided did not exist. I don't understand why this person would think that scammers would provide a phone number
so it can be traced. There were many reasons why this purchase was flagged as suspicious. He supplied no valid buyer information and what was supplied was false and is using a yahoo email account.
Suspect this may be an order using a stolen card as buyer when asked cannot provide any evidense such as a valid phone number so we can call and check and who in this day and age does not have a phone especially when he is buying a lot of 10 of the same item which in itself was suspicious as he was buying enough licenses to install on 100 computers and yet does not have a phone to verify that this is a legitimate sale. Most buyers that buy in bulk would also want a GST invoice. Supplying an address does not provide proof he actually lives there as any address could be used. We also had suspicions that this purchase was made overseas when we check the IP address it came from. We have experienced buyers before buying with stolen cards as our sales are not posted to an address but emailed makeing buying these kind of items very easy for scammers. It can take weeks before the owner of the card reports it missing or being used illegally. Buyer said that they did not have to supply any of their information when buying an emailed delivered item. I know of no sellers who would not have some security on their sites which flag that a card might be stolen as buyer has not provided any information especially when paying with a credit card. Some software items are very expensive and yet he thinks he can buy without any buyer information. I am sorry but we will always be cautious when a possibler security breach is flagged. We withold refunding for some time and if we do not receive notification from the bank within 30 days that the card used was indeed stolen then we will refund. If buyer owns the credit card he can request a chargeback through his card service.
If buyer is legitimate and wants to pay postage for his purchase we are happy to send to the address he eventually provided.
FYI We cannot remove any negative review and nor does trust pilot which is the point of the review system.
