Used to be good – now just a disaster

LuxHosting used to be a solid local provider, but since the acquisition by WHG, everything has gone downhill.
Support quality has dropped massively, response times are frustrating, and the overall service feels careless and chaotic.

If you’re still with them: run while you can.
Not recommended anymore — a real shame.

Decent infrastructure, but the support is terrible

While the technical side and performance are generally fine, the support is absolutely awful.
Responses are slow, often irrelevant, and sometimes make things worse instead of better.
When problems arise, you're pretty much on your own — definitely not the level of support you'd expect from a provider of this size.

Only recommended if you're very experienced and don't rely on customer support.

Hello Meyers,
Good infrastructure means nothing if support drops the ball when you actually need help - we get that. Slow replies and irrelevant answers are the exact problem we’ve been working to fix on the support side: better training, better routing, fewer canned responses.
If you’ve got a recent ticket that went sideways, send the ticket number to https://support.gcore.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=17260813349137 and we’ll have a senior person take a fresh look.

Excellent local hosting with real support

I've been hosting my WordPress site with NETsite.lu for a while now and couldn't be happier.
The performance is fast, the infrastructure is solid, and the support is personal, responsive and based in Luxembourg – no call centers, no runaround.

They really care about their clients and it shows.
Also love the focus on data protection and local service.
Highly recommended if you're looking for reliable, privacy-conscious hosting in the EU.
