Review of Sutsu

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Top customer service and high quality sweaters

I mistakenly ordered the wrong sweaters thinking they were the style I'd had previously. They weren't and I was really disappointed as I love my old Sutsu sweaters.

The staff at Sutsu pointed out my mistake and kindly sent me the correct jumpers as an exchange. I live in Australia so they allowed me to return the ones I'd mistakenly ordered in exchange and sent the new jumpers out without delay.

The correct style sweaters have arrived now 'Long-haul 350gsm slim fit' and they are just as amazing as I remember. Soft and warm but hold their shape amazingly, they wash great with minimal shrinkage and my old jumpers still look new after countless wears and washes. So glad I can still get them, and very appreciative of Sutsu's support when it was very obviously my mistake. I'll be ordering more, and trying some new bits soon.

Review of Boxofbooks

Avoid if possible

I ordered my daughters school books on 27 November 2025 and they arrived today, 11 February 2026.

They charge a fortune for books, if you can get them elsewhere, Amazon for example, then do. There’s no customer service telephone so you can’t speak to anyone when there are problems, and there are always problems.

I chased box of books several times via their messaging service to get the books delivered but the staff never answer your questions directly. Instead they sent me a fake AusPost tracking number and never actually gave AusPost anything to deliver. We’re part way through the first term now and the books have just arrived. Thankfully my daughter is in her last year now so I never have to use them again, otherwise I’d be asking the school to use a different book provider. Just a massive shame that with her ATARs coming up the books weren’t here for the start of school.

Completely incompetent and unable to deliver their products.

Review of SolarQuotes

Easy to use but check contracts

I found SolarQuotes easy to use and it resulted in 3 quotes for solar, all carried out remotely despite me asking for in-person quotes.

The only real issue I have is with the recommended companies all requesting 20% or 30% deposits with is not lawful in WA as per the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 which limits deposits to 6.5% (for works over $7500). It puts me off using any of them when they don’t comply with simple rules that have been around for years and should be well known by the trade.

Hi BC,

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m really glad the quoting process went smoothly, but I’m sorry to hear about the deposit amounts you were asked for. You’re absolutely right that WA has strict rules around this, and we definitely want to make sure the installers we recommend are following them. This is very important for us to follow.

I've left a voice message but if you’re happy to, please send me an email at ned@solarquotes.com.au so I can look into this properly and follow up with the installers involved.

Thanks again for the feedback, it really helps us keep improving.

Ned.
