Stopped working and hasn't been fixed
Update: November 2025. For the past two months (since I installed Windows 11), Epic Pen (the paid version) has stopped working reliably. If it’s been running for a while, the pen stops responding and the toolbar becomes completely unresponsive. The only workaround I can see is to restart the program constantly.
I’ve recommended Epic Pen to countless teachers over the years, but now I regret it. I hope the developers can fix this quickly, because it used to be an indispensable tool for both online and in-person teaching.

Thanks for taking the time to share this review. As you've mentioned, we're aware of this issue and currently working on a permanent fix as a priority. We do have temporary workarounds in place to alleviate the problem and are happy to discuss this with you further should you contact support again.
