I bought tickets quite a few times, using "chèques vacances" with no issues whatsoever. The customer support department is stellar.

I had a medical urgency 15h hours before my last trip - which is outside even their cancellation insurances, and outside of the cancellation window of the air company. I couldn't use any of the automated forms.

I contacted the customer support via email to cancel it. They answered five minutes later, and after sending a medical document, they managed to get a voucher for the full price of the plane tickets.
