Bad customer service
Unfortunately i dont have a good review to leave your company. After ordering a water tank for my hisense fridge as directed with item number i found when it arrived it did not come with the dispenser part. There are no photos of the tank on your website that show this part doesnt come with it. Since then and several emails to your customer support i find myself not being able to use water tank and no response to my emails requesting this part for over a week. Purchased on 1/8 and a month later its too late to return. Not all all impressed with your customer service and will not purchase again from you or recommend unfortunately.
