Statefarm will lie to not payout. They are not a good neighbor. You will have to sue them for them to pay you. If I told my experience with them it will be 3 pages long. They are scam artist that will do everything in their power to not payout your claim.

I was a Helium 10 customer for over 10 years with zero disputes. When I raised my first and only billing concern — a 2% management fee charged for a tool that performed zero management actions on my campaigns — they responded with AI only, refused to provide activity logs proving what the tool actually did, ignored my final messages, and cancelled my account — wiping 10 years of data without notice or courtesy."
