DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY.

I bought a car seat from them and it's clearly some cheap fake version compared to the website. It has no branding, no structure and is one of the worst quality pet items I've received.

My review has been deleted from their website to keep their review rate high and whilst they've offered a replacement they have no idea when they can actually supply one.

Avoid this brand.

My item was ordered June 9th and…

My item was ordered June 9th and received July 8th, I followed up with their CST team so many times and was met with a generic response basically saying that they don't know where my order is and they are following it up, nobody provided any detailed updates, seemed to care about the order missing. I mentioned it was a gift for a birthday so was needing an update, was met with the same blunt email.
