La aplicación es muy robusta con excelentes filtros y categorías. La oferta es de lo mejor que he visto, excelente gusto, variedad en épocas y muebles, con abundancia en vintage de mediados de siglo 20. La interacción con los vendedores es muy fluida. Y la calidad de lo que se vende es excelente. Lo que he comprado ha llegado rápido, bien empacado y acorde a las fotos y descripción.

They were misleading during the sales service (charming of course), unresponsive and opaque once I paid, and absent afterwards and full lack of accountability for lost and damaged goods even though I paid for the highest type of insurance. I hired a full service move that included packaging and was supposed to occur over 2 half days, instead I got a subhired service, no inventory, no previous visit, a few hours for a full house move (a short morning, let alone 2 days), rushed, several items were damaged and others (pricey ones) were lost. No inventory was conducted. I learned the sub-hired company got very different information than the one I provided to AnyVan.

Great speed of delivery and good communication from shipping company, as well as flexibility as to when to deliver.
Product came disassembled with no assembly instructions. It came quite dirty, missed critical parts for assembly, in fact, screws that weren't the right ones were placed in a screw hole that made it impossible to put the chair together. I had to find the appropriate screws elsewhere and was able to assemble in the end.
Chair also came scratched.
