The response time was great and the technician not only took care of the problem but noticed the issue with how very low the lines were running from the poles across our yard and the neighbors. An eyesore I have been complaining about for several years. He said he planned to put in a ticket about it since the company’s policy was “see something, say something.”.

I ordered a garage door cover and front door cover on 11/21/24. I received the front door cover on 12/23 and am still waiting on the garage door cover. Very disappointed. I had a different garage door cover that I could have put up but waited on the new one. Bad decision.
