My boyfriend and I bought tickets from…
My boyfriend and I bought tickets from Bodrum to Istanbul. On the day of departure, I checked in, went through security, and when it was time to board, the airline informed us that our tickets had been canceled by Trip.com and that we could not board. It was humiliating. They put us outside the airline we were boarding from and told us that they could not help us because I had bought the ticket through Trip.com. Trip.com did not provide any assistance, did not refund us, and said that our tickets were not canceled. It was the worst experience we have had with Trip.com. I do not recommend them.
