Not delivering what they promised
Not delivering what they promised! A year ago I contracted a solar installation + batteries including backup. But I didn't get the backup installed. I've called this out to them at least 15 times since September 2025. It is September 2026 and still I have no solution, one year after! How hard can it be to deliver a product a customer paid for?
