Got a broken product, still waiting for a replacement part
I ordered a refrigerator in November 2023. This refrigerator had a broken part, which I immediately sent a mail about to the seller. I got promises of my replacement part arriving in December, February and May. None happened, and all my mails requesting updates were ignored. It is now July 2024 and I still do not have a replacement part, and have no idea when and if I will get it. Aside from the 5-year warranty my product has, it is my right as a buyer to get replacements for parts that were broken on delivery. I paid hundreds of euros, and I get a partially broken product with no replacement parts in sight.
