Misleading "Activation" trap – Hidden dates and denied refunds
Beware of Happy-day.com and their predatory "activation" policy. I purchased a helicopter tour for birthday. The website stated bookings would open in May 2026. However, the site is designed so that you cannot see the actual booking calendar until you "activate" your voucher.
Once I activated it, I found there were still no dates available. When I immediately requested a refund under the 14-day cooling-off policy, customer service refused, claiming that because I "activated" the voucher to see the dates, the service had already "begun" and my right to a refund was lost.
They are essentially luring customers into a trap: you must activate the voucher to see if the dates work, but the moment you do, you lose your right to your money. Their "May 2026" promise is misleading as the month has already started and they still have no schedule. Extremely poor "logic" designed to take advantage of customers.
