According to their website, they have free delivery if you spend 60 BGN or more. However it turns out that if you order even just a single item that is on sale, you can not get free delivery, even if your order otherwise is above the required spending limit. That is a very odd policy, I haven't seen anything like it before. I like their products, so I will continue shopping from their physical stores, but I don't think I'll be ordering from the online store again.

I like their products, but ordering from their EU site is a nightmare. I have had issues with delivery for all three orders I made and I'm still waiting to receive an order made on 2 December. First it was sent back because they gave the carrier a wrong address and today I found out it has again been sent back to the courier's office because the telephone number provided was incorrect. I've checked and the mistake is not on my end. I don't think I will be ordering again due to all the issues with delivery. Communication with support is very slow, it takes them at lest two days or longer to respond, even on urgent issues.
