I get a medication delivered every month. It is a medication that requires refrigeration and for the last 7 months I have been on it and delivery has been a joke. This is a very expensive medication from a specialty pharmacy and usually I can get it the very next day. But this time I am not sure what is going on. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have delivery notes on the fed ex app that always gets ignored. There is a door code that they need to get into my building and they always ignore the instructions. I have called twice. Yesterday I was told it would be delivered by 8pm and it wasnt. I called again today and was told it would be delivered by 5pm and it wasnt. So now that Monday is labor day I won't get it til Tuesday and by then the medication will be bad. I never receive any notifications, no phone call and my delivery instructions are always ignored. Fed ex has to be the worst delivery option out there. I even explained to the pharmacy that I have issues with getting my deliveries and nothing is ever done. So now a very expensive medication is going to go bad and I will most likely have to skip this month of my medication. So disappointed that more care isn't taken with these packages.
