Scammers
Scammers! Increased their prices by 20% before Black Friday to run 20% discounts.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Edit after the answer: Juul (owner) is a liar. I have proof (screenshots, emails from October with old prices). Even when you look for the specific product on Google it shows the old price. Using malicious business practices and then lying.
Proof: Look for a product: IE - Cold Air Intake - Audi B9 A4 / A5 2.0T on Google. The price on Google will be 565 EUR (1040 EUR with carbon lid). When you open the page the intake is 710 EUR (1184 EUR with carbon lid).
I have screenshots from October, when the price was old. Integrated Engineering didn't raise their prices for this product - it's still 419.99 USD as it was (performancebyie. com/products/ie-cold-air-intake-audi-a4-a5-b9).
By the way, you are obliged by EU law to show the lowest price in the last 30 days, but you are not following this directive. I only wanted to leave a bad review after I saw your practices, but since you keep lying - you will be reported to Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM). Cheers
Edit 2 (after second reply from the owner): I understand that pricing on IE website doesn't include VAT, customs duties, etc.
Do not assume that you are the only person that understands how international trade works and everyone else is stupid.
I am just saying that they haven't changed their prices (the price is the same as it was 6 months ago) so your excuse that the manufacturer raised the prices is invalid (your first reply).
Also, funny how you ignored parts of my reply that you don't have an explanation for:
- SEO results of the product with old prices;
- your obligation to show the lowest price in 30 days (EU law).
It's clear that you are using malicious business practices - funny how the new price of the intake is ALMOST exactly 25% higher than the old price. Clearly it was a preparation to run a discount of 20% on Black Friday.
Stop assuming everyone is stupid and you are the smartest one in the world.
Instead of trying to prove that you are not guilty for malicious practices (which, you clearly are) - read an article on business ethics and focus on improving your customer service.
Your shop has potential, it's the only place in Europe where we can get 034, IE parts, yet, I am probably never coming back after I saw what you are doing.
