Accurate trip info, helpful support, and pleasant holidays!
I have received the trip confirmation with all the relevant information and attached documents regarding:
- the flight tickets and detailed instructions for check-in via mobile app;
- the airport shuttle, with a map and more instructions regarding how to find the transfers company in the destination's airport;
- the hotel reservation voucher with details about the package.
The hotel check-in took max 2 minutes, and the room was exactly as displayed in the pictures.
In the next morning the shuttle company sent a staff member to show me the attractions available for city and boat tours, and for aqua sport activities.
The weather was still good, even in mid November, and the food was amazing both in the hotel and in most of the restaurants in the city.
Commuting in the city is really easy, with a 7 days unlimited public transport card for EUR 21. Buses are available very often and for a handful of destinations, only a few of them needing connections.
