The item never arrived - after 1 1/2 months I'm still waiting and no way to contact a person at OUTNET. Will need to tell my credit card company about a dispute and hope to cancel payment. Won't use OUTNET ever again.

I purchased a $2,000 purse that was advertised as new with tags. When the package was marked as delivered, I immediately contacted Poshmark because I had not received it. The delivery company confirmed that the package was still in transit, and I provided Poshmark with proof of that information.

Despite being notified that the item had not been delivered, Poshmark relied on an incorrect delivery date and released payment to the seller before I even received the purse.

When the purse finally arrived several days later, it was damaged and had black marks on the bottom. I filed a claim with Poshmark the same day I received the item. However, Poshmark denied me the opportunity to return the purse and has continued to require payment from me.

I complied with Poshmark's policies and reported both the delivery issue and the condition of the item promptly. Poshmark failed to follow its own procedures by releasing payment before the item was actually delivered and by refusing to allow a return after I reported the damage immediately upon receipt.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious when making high-value purchases through Poshmark.

They took designer clothing (many new with tags), stated retail prices far below the true retail cost, discounted items on the second day posted despite items having over 25 likes, and put prices very low for a quick sale, providing me with a 20% return while they received 80%. No customer service. I had planned to sell valuable jewelry (Tiffany, Cartier etc.) but I will NEVER sell anything with this company again. I also will not buy from them. No wonder the stock is plummeting.
