For a company of this size, this is unacceptable. Customers should be able to exercise their right to cancel services and delete accounts. Instead of helping, Apple wastes people’s time.

Doy de baja la suscripción y misteriosamente se reactiva sola y me cobran el cargo. Espero que me devuelvan los 5 eur y poder borrar la cuenta. Aparte no permiten dar de baja la suscripción en web, tienes que hacerlo por teléfono, no permiten borrar tus datos bancarios... Como no cambien se van a ir a pique.

Muy contento con el broker. Llevo un año y medio utlizándolo y ningún problema. Bajas comisiones de compra de valores, tiene sus horas de mantenimiento pero no falla nunca en las horas de mercado... Lo único negativo es que cuesta un poco configurar todo al principio y tienes que seguir alguna guía en Youtube, pero no le quita las 5 estrellas.

Estuve un año como Curator, que son las personas que colaboran con la platarforma a cambio de una recompensa (1$ por canción). Al final me di de baja y borré la cuenta porque el funcionamiento era un desastre (falta de canciones durante mucho tiempo, bugs, no suben la inflación de ese dolar con el paso de los años...) y en los últimos tiempos encima te hacen perder el rango de Curator si no tienes actividad en unos meses y tienes que volver a pasar el test. Así que bye y suerte a los que se quedaron.

Todo bien por ahora. He invertido una pequeña cantidad de dinero e iré invirtiendo más cuando vea los resultados, ya que hay que tener paciencia al no tener un plazo fijado de reembolso.

Llevo unos meses usándo la plataforma y todo muy bien.
