When I opted for BVB DEW21 tariff never…

When I opted for BVB DEW21 tariff never thought I would win any ticket to watch a match . But it did come true … i received an email from DEW21 and was at match day … wonderful experience with Strobels where we had some food and beer . Overall experience with DEW21 was good … and much appreciated for the efforts from all the staff who accompanied us Including Diego .. who made us comfortable and took care of everybody… thanks for wonderful experience

Good Experience So Far, But Pricing Could Be More Transparent

As of today, I have not had any bad experiences with FINN. We received the car in very clean condition, and since it was a new car, we have not faced any issues so far. The customer service team is friendly, and they are able to communicate in English if requested, which was helpful.

My only concern is about the additional costs that are not very clear in the advertisement. The charges for pick-up and drop-off of the car are quite high (around €500), which is sometimes equivalent to an entire monthly payment. I believe FINN should include this cost more clearly in their advertising.

There is also a €1,500 one-time payment or deposit. While FINN shows a lower monthly price in their advertisements, the actual monthly cost becomes higher once insurance and additional packages are included. For example, the advertised price might be around €359 per month, but in reality, after insurance and additional packages my monthly payment is €443, plus another €125 per month because the €1,500 one-time payment is spread over the year.

So effectively, the real monthly cost is closer to €550 rather than the advertised €359. I think it would be more transparent if FINN showed the full realistic monthly cost in their advertisements.

So far, I have not experienced the drop-off process or any service issues yet. I will update my review and rating at the end of my subscription based on the full experience.

Didnt know many had so low reviews for…

Didnt know many had so low reviews for kavak … i had bad experience too … they are i guess good if car sold in dubai but have to face to many hassles for buying car into abu dhabi …they dont give discount .. they dont spend any money out of their pocket for documentation and transportation everything they want to charge to customer in name of being transparent their people dont know procedure for car transfer . They need original emirates id of a person and wont arrange for logistics or guarantee for it … overall worst experience would say if you have to buy car outside dubai from them , then dont go to kavak for sure
