Delivery is a joke
Tell us more about your experience! Seriously? More? People dont order anything from them if you are in Rush, and need your stuff faster. Ordered my stuff thursday need them quick, paid for UPS 16 euro to get stuff in 1-2 days. Ok understand its weekend but it should be at least on tuesday. But no!!!! The estimate arrive is on thursday, so its 1 week for extra faster, I think if I use cheaper dpd 3-5 day would be same delivery time.
Now i m waiting for tommorow. Hopefuly stuff will be ok and wont need return them.
So my dear shop owner ,Management or whatever change your detalis about delivery because you are lie to customers who spend more money to get stuff quicker

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time, especially after choosing express shipping. We completely understand your frustration when things don’t arrive as quickly as expected — especially when you pay extra for faster service.
Just to clarify: your order was placed on 24.07.2025 and shipped the very next day on 25.07.2025. Unfortunately, after handing over the parcel to the shipping provider, we have no further influence over the actual delivery speed. According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered to you on 31.07.2025.
We will continue to monitor our shipping partners closely and review the delivery estimates shown during checkout to avoid misunderstandings in the future.
