Extremely disappointing experience.

Rollbit had no problem accepting my deposits and allowing me to place bets normally. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly subjected to KYC verification. I completed the entire verification process as requested.

After that, my withdrawal remained pending for days. While waiting for an update, my sportsbook access was restricted, and I received no clear explanation. When I contacted support, they repeatedly asked whether I had another Rollbit account. I have never had another Rollbit account and answered this clearly multiple times. Despite this, they continued asking the same question instead of providing any meaningful update on my withdrawal.

At the time of writing, my funds are still pending, my sportsbook access remains restricted, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

Based on my experience, the withdrawal process has been frustrating, communication has been poor, and customer support has been unhelpful. I cannot recommend Rollbit.

This is clearly the worst sports betting enterprisr I've even seen. After dragging me for 1-month to complete my KYC review after I hit a 110x bet. They finally finished the KYC, when I tried to bet I have noticed that my bet limits on each event had dropped (Before a limit per event was between 5000-10000$, after the KYC process it was $5-$20) RIDICULOUS. When I ask them why thinking its a bug, they just tell me the provider has the right to do this and there is no explanation. 🤮🤮🤮

Im just a regular dude theres no reason this would happen. I'd stick to standard providers: bet365, stake, bet99, gg.

Forget this complete scam

** update: after 18 days, still no news on my KYC and account is still locked. No follow-up from trustpilot either after 7 days. Either a scam, or stalling it on purpose. Can't possibly justify how would a KYC take this long!!

*update: although contacted through trustpilot to provide more information, which I provided instantaneously. No update, almost two weeks now with my account blocked and still wondering if this is nothing but a scam.

Worst experience ever, i have been depositing thousands of dollars on this site and betting without issue. I had a substantial win and suddenly they ask me for a KYC review, everything is blocked on the account. I provided everything the same day, and the account is still blocked - customer service is useless; they are simply not getting back! Reading the previous reviews here I am stressing about them coming with anything allowing them to rob you. I have played in many sites, never a KYC has taken more than an hour or two!
