If I could give Arket no stars I would
If I could give Arket no stars, I would. They accepted an order for a Christmas gift, took my money and confirmed the order. 3 days later, in Xmas week they sent me a cancellation. No reason, no solution, no apology and, as yet, no refund. Contacted customer service who said it was because the product wasn't in stock. They did apologise, and offered a discount voucher which I won't use because I won't shop with them again. I never write bad reviews but on this occassion because I was so looking forward to gifting the item and I'm now going to have to physically find an alternative in the shops, I'm giving them this review, which they could've avoided by having their stock systems up-to-date or wording their cancellation email better. Poor performance on Arket's part. Really disappointed
