Great service
Jay Martel helped me navigate the long list of hotels to the perfect resort in the maldives. Everything went really smoothly. I will definitely use them again and next time will start the process earlier as he had to turn things around very quickly as flights were getting booked!
Review of Cartier
Servicing appalling
Took Cartier watch in to watches of switzerland to be serviced. They sent it off to Cartier, it took ages! When it eventually came back, the blue winder crystal looked fake. They'd replaced the winder and the crystal fell out relatively quickly. They said this wasn't covered by the servicing warranty. I have since read that if the crystal falls out this could mean the part is fake - I would hope Cartier don't use fake parts but they are definitely inferior to what was originally on the watch as the watch then stopped working. Took it back in, they then replaced the hands but didn't put a new crystal in. The winder was almost impossibly stiff. It stopped working again -less than a year later. They are refusing to fix it as they are saying it has broken because we damaged the winder and claim that it had a new crystal (this is an absolute lie on both counts). I don't know how they can claim it has stopped working because it has been dropped when it has never stopped working in 22 years before that. I am going to find an independent to repair it as the whole process of servicing with Cartier seems like snake oil - a working watch ends up not working and we are blamed. I haven't spoken to Cartier directly as this is all through watches of Switzerland but they are the ones refusing to fix the watch that I firmly believe they have broken.

Don't use them for servicing Cartier
Took Cartier watch in to be serviced that I bought from them 24 years ago. They sent it off to Cartier, it took ages! When it eventually came back, the blue winder crystal looked fake. Note to Hady, the above is a review after 3 or 4 email conversations with WOS email address.....since October last year......I don't like to review until I have given a company an opportunity to put a problem right.....

Delivery date has been pushed back 4 times (it will be at least 4 months late)
Ordered a helmet in September that was meant to be despatched beginning of October. The date has been pushed back 4 times (each time a week or so before despatch) and is currently showing as January. I would only order something that is in stock if you want it by a guaranteed date.....

Replacement phones are terrible
Sent out a replacement phone. Screen didn't seem original so I rang and was told approved products rather than Apple original are fine. Day after I got it screen no longer responsive. My call wasn't returned from technical support and they don't answer ( I held for nearly an hour) so have had to call up again and log an official complaint 0000F698. Having read the previous reviews I don't understand why Aviva/First Direct have changed to Likewize from their previous supplier.....My expectation is that I should get a replacement phone that is refurbished with original parts. If they can't find that in stock then there should be an option to upgrade. I've paid a £75 excess for a phone that doesn't work when my old one only had some pixel issues. I would have been better off trading it in and using that money + £75 for a new phone. My complaint reference is 0000F698. Only upside is that claims handlers and the customer service team are quick to answer.
