PS5 delivery and refund problem
I ordered PS5 from this company on 15th of June. In their website it is written the order will be delivered in 2 days. I waited for it 2 weeks. But no delivery.. Then I asked for cancellation of the order. And they canceled my order on 4th of July. After that They also said refund will take up to 14 days. But every week I wrote them an e-mail(because the customer service phone is never working) They didn't refund my money yet. I am still waiting for it.
EDIT: Today I got my refund. I talked with the guy from company on phone and resolved the issue today.
