As update to my message before in regards of my dogs food, your message it's just a lie!
I contact another online company, ordered the food on a Friday morning, food arrived the following Monday; so your bull***t about not being in stock because "unexpected supply chain issues" its a lot of bullocks!!!
You are still being reported.

WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE!!

I am not happy with the lack of seriousness of this company!
I have made a purchase on the 14th of April, the website said the product was available, and it would be shipped on the 20th.
Then on the 20th late afternoon, get an email saying the product is not on stock and there is no delivery date for it!
I trusted your website dates, and order the product calculating my dogs daily rations, to find he wont have more food, cause you could care less...
What you have done is called deceit and lie, to a customer! Take the money, and not deliver when you said.
Then without any notice, you cancel the order and say you'll re-inverse the payment and expect it after a week!!!
All the trouble you have caused, and no solution is not acceptable!
I will report this company to the consumers office in Denmark and the Netherlands (where the office is), for negligence!

Ordered 3 products (tablets) for my dog because it was advertise in stock and delivery was going to be 3 days, arrival date being 13 of March. It didn't arrive when you advertised, instead, now it says 26 of March! Meanwhile my dog doesn't have his tablets and is suffering because of your negligence and lies!!

Se realiza pedido de medicamento para mascota el 28 de Junio, dice el correo de confirmación de compra que la entrega es el 5 de Julio. El paquete no llego! No existe numero para llamar y hacer reclamación! Se paga por un servicio de correos igual de malo al vendedor, y claro como ya todos tienen su dinero en el bolsillo, que se JODA EL CLIENTE! El paquete llega el dia 10, de Julio. Obligándome a llevar a mi mascota al veterinario, pagar por una consulta y que le dieran los medicamentos!!!
TOTAL ABUSO AL CONSUMIDOR!!!

Esto ya es una broma!!! Compra realizada el dia 12 Agosto con entrega asegurada el 16. A hoy 18 de Agosto y 6 llamadas a Amazon, no han hecho la entrega del articulo! Empresa repartidora PAACK.
Para empeorar la situacion, compra el 17 de Agosto un libro, fecha de entrega asegurada hoy 18 y ahora sale un aviso que dice "se ha intentado entregar a las 6:16PM" aqui no ha venido nadie, no han llamado y no he salido de casa en todo el dia, esperando el paquete anterior! Contraten gente seria para hacer las entregas!!! CUMPLAN CON LAS FECHAS!!!

Realizo pedido 2 bultos de pienso para perros de 18k cada uno; llega transportista y entrega 2 cajas totalmente destrozadas! 18 kilos no se empacan en una caja de carton fina, como una hoja de papel!
Prestad mas atencion al cliente y no solo a vuestro bolsillo!

Te envian mensajes de gente que supuestamente estan interesados en la propiedad, pero no puedes ponerte en contacto con esa gente......
Tu propiedad no se encuentra en su web, mas sin embargo recibes "matches" de gente interesada?
Envias correos realizando preguntas y te responden con rudeza y falta de educacion!!!

Ni envian, ni costenta llamadas telefonicas, servicio al cliente NULO, ni responden a correos electronicos!!!
Dicen en su web que los productos se reciben de 24 a 48h. MENTIRA!!!!
Llevo 2 semanas esperando y no recibo el paquete aun cuando MRW me ha enviado dos mensajes diciendo que llegaba el 27 de Julio.
He llamado a MRW y me dicen que el paquete no ha salido de FARMAFEROLES BURGOS!
