Do not buy from this website! I feel like it’s just a scam !!!

I placed an order on 30th of April until 06th of May the package wasn’t sent out ! When I contacted the customer service they lied that package was lost in transit but I can see on the tracking website that they didn’t even hand over the package ! And also I got a feeling the product will not meet my expectations
Horrible customer service and overall feeling of ordering things on this website NEVER EVER AGAIN !

Worst place to get your car fixed! They don’t know what they doing ! They got my car for 9 weeks now and I can’t get a clean answer what’s wrong with the car and when is it fixed, they don’t pick up the phones or reply to my emails, this is some kind of joke and not professional company !! Tried to get in touch with Mads Pajbjerg Amnitzbøll 3 times today and couldn’t speak to him, instead I heard from customer service that they will leave a note for him to contact me, I guess he don’t bother about it too much!

I applied 2 times for a loan, 1st around September 2025!!! and 2nd time few days ago, still waiting for reply if it’s yes or no, how do you want to get the customers if it works like that !?

I have spoke to Muhammed today, he was very helpful and really nice guy to talk the fixed an error in no time :) great customer service!

Worst courier company !!! Don’t choose the Bring if you don’t want to be disappointed!!

Almost 3 weeks now I’m waiting for my delivery, the driver wouldn’t even show up at the address and said there was no one at home, then the package was waiting a week to be delivered again but again they choosed that no one was at home but I was waiting at home both times!!!

After that I contacted the shop and got a reply that bring is sending back the package to the shop

There’s a lot of books but

There’s a lot of books which I often like to listen but it is very annoying that I have a locked language in the app and therefore all suggestions of books are in the first language of the region I’m in and I would like to listen to books in different language but I can only look for specific titles…. Disappointing

Really quick packing time and delivery, good prices

This company is a joke !!!
I received a ticket for parking at fire exit road, but I DID NOT stop at fire exit, so I wrote a complain then they changed the case for stopping at place where it is prohibited and they lower the fee from 1500kr to 795kr, I received the ticket which is wrong because I did not stopped at fire exit and instead of cancel it they just changed the topic! This should not be allowed ! They made a false so why should I pay it ?? Worst company ever I have dealt with they can’t admit that they did wrong ! But I will never pay that because I know I did not stopped at the fire exit !!!

After 8 days of ordering the product I still don't have any tracking details or my package which supposed to come 1-3 days! Johan replied to my email after he saw my previous review and he promised me to send me the tracking number same day, but I still don't have it.
If you need to buy something fast don't buy it from this website, because you will wait and wait.

I made a review where I’m pointing out the problem with the delivery from your website not the product :) it’s more like update.

I ordered karcher se 2 car, choosed faster delivery 1-3 working days, and after 3 days I still don't have any tracking details for the parcel!!! I tried to contact them but they are having holiday break, so I sent an email, which I didn't get a reply too.

I fully understand there is a summer holiday period and everyone needs a holidays but you could at least mention about delays on the website, and it was not 2 days but it was a week of delay.
