Review of Wizz Air
Wizz refused to refund my money even though l paid for a ticket to Tirana. I ended up having to buy another ticket. Very disappointed lost £351.77 and l have not recovered a penny. Trip dot com informed me that they do not refund because of Wizz’s policy. I will never use them again

I remain disappointed by the company Trip.com. I wrote my review about 6 days ago after paying them £351.77 for a trip that they did not even bother to give me a reference number. They just took my money and left me to it. I tried to get the money through my bank because l had used my credit card. My bank decided not to reimburse me because all
I had was a screenshot of the transaction. No reference number and yet it is clear Trip.com took my money. I will never deal with this company again and l am warning other to stay away.

I booked a trip
Through Trip.com and they took my money and never sent me confirmation. I have tried to get my money back without success. I will never use this site again. Worst thing you cannot speak to anyone without a reference from them. Took £351.77 have tried to get through my bank no success.

Will never use these people again. Had £62.00 tax returned then the have the cheek to take all my money and send me a Cheque of £2.40. The money is not worth the paper it’s written on. Scam scam please stay away. Never again
