It's disappointing that a company as large as ARKET can't seem to process its orders correctly. I had ordered an item more than a week ago. It was due to arrive on Monday and it's still not here (It's now Friday and I have absolutely no idea where it actually is...).

I shouldn't be paying extra on delivery for the parcel to later disappear.

Horse and carriage would be quicker...

Ordered online from Dickies for the first time, expecting its service to be as efficient as any other in 2023... sadly that's not the case. Despite making an order over a week ago, I have to wait until 5 October to receive it. Disappointed to say the least.

Lara was an incredible help when applying through Portfolio. She talked me through the role and provided me with helpful information concerning the application process, alongside preparation for the interview. Feedback was offered flawlessly throughout the application, and I was offered the role!

She is an incredible asset to the company, and I couldn't recommend her enough.
