Absolutely shocking customer service !
I purchased 2 products ( less than a year ago) from this company . Both the poolbot and leaf skiimmer are not working . The pool bot does not work at all and the leaf basket on the skimmer has disintegrated . You cannot contact this company by phone as their number directs you to e mail them . I have e mailed them on numberous occasions and no reply for weeks. I did however manage to contact them on the phone number a few months ago and the consultant actually said to me that many people have complained and had the same issue as me with the quality of the leaf skimmer . next step ACCC
