Rach will take in custom makes and will alter items to suit your height, arm length etc.
Always happy for people to call the shop and ask questions or seek advice and you can even make an appointment and go to the workshop in Harlech for a personal consultation.

Such an amazing designer in Rachel whose brand, Rew, is fun, versatile and a little quirky at times. A small independent store in North Wales, with a dedicated in store crew, an active online following and an admin team, made up of customers that look after the ‘pre~loved’ page; it’s not hard to see why Rew is a growing brand.
Amazing quality, all produced in house, or in Barwell near Birmingham. Rachel is happy to chat with people to discuss styling advice and she takes on custom makes too.
The online community of real women of all ages and sizes, shows the versatility of the designs, and the pre~loved page keeps clothing in circulation, which only further adds to its appeal and the vision of sustainable fashion & style.

Mooki madness took over here the moment I saw them….Rach’s videos are ALWAYS entertaining and the second I saw her new dress design I coveted it 😳
I got a navy & white polka dot first. Lightweight, floaty and so very flattering. I have a V generous bust, and the design fits beautifully; I don’t have a boob shelf and tent coverage! It washes great in a 30, and if you hang it from the machine, no ironing required, always a plus.
My next mooki was the pink & mustard…..oh how I love this colour combo & it’s had nothing but compliments…my wish list includes a denim version and the artist pallet, but I think I’ll be waiting a while for any to appear on the pre loved page 😍

Olive green textured balloons (& very shortly afterwards the kimono!)
These balloons, like all my others are a wardrobe staple. Fabric is fab, fit is flattering (I’ve leant mine to friends and not one of them looks ‘bad’ in them).
I’d say a medium weight fabric, so a good allrounder, flats, trainers or boots look great.
As with all my balloons, I wash at 30, inside out, and they’ve shown no fading.

My new favourite piece is the bronze jersey balloon trousers…the fabric is beautifully weighted, so they hang wonderfully. The colour seems to change in the light, which adds another layer of interest, and is so versatile I think any combination of colour would look terrific. I wish I’d been brave and bought the silver too, but right now I’m holding out to buy the Pippa vest in bronze…..

I received my new pink/green/blue check Zana dress last week. I have a few in different fabrics and love the style and fit. This fabric is light and bright, perfect for summer. It does feel roomier than my other Zana’s, but the cut allows for that oversize look; all the more to flounce around!

So I now have 5 pairs of balloon trousers. They are the ‘go to’ staples in my wardrobe currently; I love them. They can be dressed up or down, they look great with trainers, Birkenstock’s, boots and they’re so comfortable and look fab on anyone (I’ve yet to see a single comment or pic of people not being TOTALLY happy with them).
My latest pair are the black crepe….OMG the fabric is so luxurious, it hangs beautifully and like any of my other items, they wash well. Thanks Rachel 🤩

I stumbled across REW about 18 months ago, much to the chagrin of both my O/H and bank manager!!!!
I live in Ireland and, since Brexit, REW is the only UK company I’ve continued to buy goods from…Rachel and the team are so helpful, and have on occasion kept an order for me, knowing I’ll be buying something else in a day or two, so helping me with the postage costs…
If there’s been a hold up with an item being ready at all, I’ve had a personal call from Rachel to discuss and I’ve always had prompt responses to any emails I’ve sent.
Customer service and satisfaction are central to Rachel’s business ethos, the fact that she’s a brill designer with a flare for clothing real women, using only the best fabrics and fab form enhancing shapes, makes being a return customer a no brainer.
