Cancelled the service before it was provided, but have since been charged $189 twice despite not receiving any service.

Excellent service and great products
I've had a tonne of stuff delivered from Verve over the past few months and, likely through no fault of their own, had a few deliveries turn up damaged. One email each occasion resulted in a phone call from Verve offering a replacement or store credit with no judgement or hassle whatsoever.
The quality of gear is great and the customer service is top notch.
